About Our Chef - Stephen Grace
Stephen is a classically trained chef who enjoys taking culinary basics and giving them a new twist. He graduated from Paul Smith College of Hotel and Restaurant Management and Culinary Institute of America. He has been a chef at many venues in the Plainville area including The Farmington County Club, Griswold Inn, and The Red Lion Inn. Stephen has been the Executive Chef in the kitchens of The Crown Market for the past 26 years.
About Our Owner - Peter Lemnotis
Peter is a third-generation restaurateur. In the 1970s, Peter was the chef at the Rochester, Brandon, and Fair Haven inns in Vermont, as well as the Chef and Manager at the Saybrook Fish House in Connecticut. He spent the 1980s and 1990s as a Chef at several New England restaurants including Ye Old Tavern, Brannigans, Brittania Spoon Co., and Seafarer. He is also the owner of Green Mountain Fish and Product, the Manager of the Frank Nastri Restaurant Group, and the Chef and Owner of Confetti.
Confetti is a family and locally owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience in the culinary industry.
