Crisp Shrimp Cristi

Confetti's chef's are always striving to bring dishes that have a mediterranean heritage with finest ingrediants that are prepared to order. But when asked which one is one of their favorites to prepare, we were told crisp shrimp cristi which is large shrimp wrapped in shredded phyllo, pan seared golden, over lemon beurre blanc.
